If a dispute cannot be resolved through jil88's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant competent authority under the licensing framework.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in respect of any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
